Ann and Bill Cash
Ann and Bill Cash have been members of the Carmichael church for four years, joining shortly after their move to Cameron Park. They have been retired since 2013, and enjoy traveling and working on their home and yard. On many of their recent trips they have been involved with Maranatha Volunteers International, both in the United States and abroad. They have participated in projects in Peru, the Galapagos Islands (Ecuador), Zambia, Brazil, Namibia, Cuba, Kenya, India, Uruguay, and Bolivia. Most recently, they helped build a classroom building last summer for the Kajiado Adventist School and Rescue Center in Kenya. Their next project, at Leoni Meadows this spring, will be their 22nd project working with Maranatha, and their third project at Leoni.
One of their hobbies is seeing lighthouses—they’ve seen more than 150 so far—and last fall they drove their motorhome to Maine, helped on a Maranatha project at Camp Lawroweld, and saw 55 lighthouses in Maine and on the way there in Indiana, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and New Brunswick (Canada). They also enjoy visiting their twin grand-daughters in southern California and taking them on trips.
