Discipleship Team - The Discipleship Ministries Team helps church members grow spiritually through biblical learning, practical application, and outreach. This team identifies needs, plans initiatives, and creates yearly calendars with trainings, events, ministry, and outreach opportunities to support spiritual growth and engagement.

Flower Committee - Are you creative, organized, and passionate about bringing beauty into worship? The Flower Committee at Carmichael SDA Church is looking for a small team of volunteers be part of a small team dedicated to enhancing our worship spaces with fresh floral arrangements.

Musicians - We are looking for musicians to lead worship or join a worship team, including instrumentalists. Volunteers will be part of a rotating schedule, serving once every month or every two months, contributing to a dynamic worship experience and uplifting our congregation through music.

Greeters - The Greeters Ministry warmly welcomes everyone who enters our church, creating a friendly and inclusive atmosphere. Greeters provide a first impression of hospitality, offer assistance, and ensure each guest feels valued and connected as they enter the worship experience.

Graphics – We seek a quick learner to join our Graphics Ministry Team to set up and run presentations for worship services and special events. This role involves remote and in-person support on Sabbaths from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM once a month. Training is provided, and your work will directly enhance our worship experience!

Audio Visual - The Audio-Visual Ministry supports our worship services by operating computers, audio equipment, and video cameras to ensure a seamless experience. No prior expertise is needed, training is provided to equip you for this vital role in enhancing our church's services.

Hospitality - Hospitality opportunities include serving at Oasis, welcoming newcomers at the First-Time Guests table, and helping with luncheons and potlucks to foster a warm, inclusive church community.

Deacons - We are seeking dedicated deacons, including presiding deacons, to play a vital role in creating a welcoming, organized, and spiritually enriching environment. Responsibilities include opening and closing the church, ensuring the space is ready for worship and gatherings, and supporting the needs of our congregation. This is a meaningful opportunity to serve, make a difference in the lives of others, and be a part of a committed team that brings the church to life each week.

Digital Discipleship - Digital Discipleship focuses on sharing the gospel and connecting with the public through social media, the church website, visual media, and other communication platforms. This ministry amplifies our message and highlights what our church offers, creating meaningful engagement in the digital space.

Worship Committee - The Worship Committee ensures every aspect of the Sabbath worship service is thoughtfully planned, aligning with pastors' sermons, special events like concerts and musicals, and more. This team collaborates closely with the Audio-Visual team and musicians to create a seamless and meaningful worship experience.

Veterans and Service Members  -We are forming a committee to plan how best to recognize veterans during Sabbath services, focusing on key dates such as Memorial Day, Veterans Day, and September 11. We invite veterans, their families, and anyone passionate about honoring their service to join us in providing meaningful recognition and support.

Deaconess - Join the Deaconess team and make a meaningful impact by supporting key church activities like Communion preparation, baptisms, memorial services, church picnics, and occasional meal deliveries for families in need. Flexible schedules allow you to choose areas that match your interests and availability, whether it's weekdays, Fridays, or Sabbath.
