Carmichael SDA Church Bulletin

Jesus often talks about how He wants to live with us, and literally live in us. He wants to be IN our house, that is IN my heart and mind. Then He tells us that He has gone to prepare a place for us so that we might soon live with Him...in His house and in His presence. Personally, I can't wait for that day. This world is truly not my home, as much as I love family and nature and all the good things God has provided for me here. In the midst of all the beauty here I see daily so much pain and fear and hatred. I see a world that is broken and often appearing very dark. But then I am reminded of the words of David when he declared that even when I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, God is with me and have no need to fear. The promise is that I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever. Never forget!
