We call Him Savior, Lord, Master, our High Priest and so many other titles and descriptions, but Isaiah ends his proclamation by calling Him, Prince of Peace. Oh my, if there ever was a time in my life that I needed to identify my God as the Prince of Peace it is now. I choose to focus on the good things in my life and the beauty that I can still see. At the same time, I am not blind or deaf to the tumult that bombards my senses every day. Yes, Jesus is Wonderful. He is my Counselor. He certainly is a Mighty God and, praise His name, He is my Everlasting Father. But, with all that Wonder, Counseling, Might without end, He is my Prince of Peace! I can truly sleep through the storms of life knowing that my God, my Prince of Peace, will establish His government that is without end. May the peace of the Prince of Peace fill your heart, mind and soul today!
